The article includes relevant information regarding the anniversary of the National Culture Day, within Romfilatelia, where postage stamps were put into circulation this year, entitled: "150 years since the first celebration of Romanians from everywhere", an event that took place for the first time at the Putna Monastery, in 1871. The postage stamps were reproduced in a suggestive graphic association and contain portraits of three personalities: Mihai Eminescu, Ioan Slavici, Ciprian Porumbescu, next to the Putna church where Ștefan cel Mare is buried. The organization which included music, paintings, gifts, the "first day" envelope was equipped with stamps, numbered and obliterated with the "first day" postmark.
