Abstract

This article highlights the role of the USARB Scientific Library in the development of higher education and the support of scientific research. It outlines the transformation of the traditional library into a modern information center adapted to the requirements of the knowledge society, achieved through the integration of modern technologies and the diversification of information resources, products, and services offered to users.
