Promoting Universal Knowledge at the University Scientific Library

Abstract

From 2009, in the Scientific Library is provided Open Access Week to get to know the most important achievements in the world of access to electronic scientific information. The programs developed by the Open Access Week invites academic staff, students, researchers, librarians to participate directly in the several sessions and events, taking note of the new electronic resources, other institutions experience in organizing open institutions repositories and electronic archives.
