Private collection of Mr. Ion Calin Dumitriu integrated into the USARB Scientific Library’s Collection

Abstract

The USARB Scientific Library received a donation of books from the private collection of Mr. Dan Ioan Călin, a computer scientist from Bucharest, Romania. The collection includes 396 documents in Romanian, English and French. The themes of the publications are varied, but works of literature, both Romanian and universal, predominate. The donation was made by his daughter, Irina Sheik, who expressed her desire that these books constitute a fund that would bear her father's name.
