Scientific research is a mirror of qualitative management

Abstract

Included in the university plan and report, scientific activity of librarians of USARB took place on three research directions: Participatory management: principles and practices; Integration and continuous vocational training, professional communication; Modern library for the users of the 21st Century; Development of information resources: policies, features, experiences/effects, which were completed in 2014 with the publication of 8 works: 4 monographs, 2 bibliographies, Bibliological Confluences magazine nr. 1-4, 2014, ABRM @ Bibliouniversitas@md_nr. 1, 2, and 99 items, including 12 web studies (SlideShare), 44 electronic resources. 50 articles are published in Colloquia Bibliotecariorum „F Tlehuci", materials, 37 - in specialised magazines.
