Abstract

The article presents the inauguration of the Open Education Week 2016 at Scientific Library USARB. Open Education Week is a celebration of the global movement for open education. On this occasion, Scientific Library held several events: presentations, communications, workshops, Licensee / Master’s, doctoral’s monthly who highlighted the importance of Open Education Week.
