The volume „Between history and posterity’s judgment” is a series of dialogues of the historian and publicist Flori Bălănescu talked between July 2008 and January 2010 with Alexandru Budişteanu, distinguished doctor architect, Vice-Chairman in New York of the World UN Committee (1965), the Chief- Architect of the city of Bucharest between 1977 and 1983, Parliamentary Expert (1990-2000) and Counsellor of the Minister of Public Works (2000-2001), Associate Professor in Bucharest and New York, Chairman Emeritus of the English Speaking Union of Romania and the last, but not the least, Doctor Honoris Causa of the State University „Alecu Russo” of Balti.
