Comunicarea este centrată pe problemele actuale ale managementului de bibliotecă. Sunt evidențiate elementele managementului, succesele și insuccesele. Accentul este pus pe importanța managementului inovațional și organizatoric în activitatea performantă a unei biblioteci contemporane.
